Hello, I just bought Ragnarok Online PH, or Ragnarok Online Manila. I received the game, tried logging in, but it didn't work. the error message said \"Connection to Ragnarok Online failed because your account has been blocked due to an invalid login source or some other issue\".So I tried with the same username/password I used on my old account, and it didn't work. it says \" Login failed. You were logged in before. Contact your Ragnarok Online account provider\". What should I do? :'(
Hello, I just purchased a new profile of Ragnarok Online PH, and I am experiencing error when I try to login. the error says could not connect to service, said the service was already registered, it also said that service already registered for that key.from the log it the key that I used was already registered, but I only used the key that was on my old account profile from june 24 2015.when I used the key on my new account profile, the problem happened.I tried the key on other characters that I have on the new account profile, instead the problem still happen. this problem was only happen on my new profile, the old profile is still fine.and also I tried on my pc, and it shows the same problem.what should I do?PLs help, TIA!
