Online Booking System
In addition to the general use of this website, you may have access to, and use, our customer booking system.
Our customer portal allows you to purchase, access and keep track of your purchases of, our treatments. We may update the use and access of the booking system, including but not limited to allowing you to book treatments online, and opt in or opt out of the marketing material that we may provide to you. You agree and acknowledge that the use of, functionality of, and any promotions offered by us through.
In order to use the booking system, you must create one individual account, in your personal capacity. You can choose to sign up through Google, Facebook or by following the prompts on the app. In setting up your account, you will be required to complete all requested information in order to access and use the booking system. If you disagree with any part of the information that is requested, please do not use the booking system. Any failure by you to provide information during the account set up stage may constitute an inability to create your account and disable your access or use of this system.
Your account is revokable, in our discretion, and cannot be transferred, licensed, leased, sublicensed or sublet by you to anyone else, and you agree to be held responsible for your account, including but not limited to your access to the account, the maintenance of it and the information that you have provided.
You agree not to infringe any third party intellectual property rights through the information provided on your account in the customer portal. You agree not to provide misleading, deceptive or false information. You agree to indemnify us against any claims made against us as a result of your non-compliance with these terms.
Once your account is activated, you can use and access your account by following the “sign in” prompts on our website.
You agree and acknowledge that our standards terms for the purchase of treatments, along with our Cancellation and Refunds policy and Privacy Policy apply to, and govern your use of, your account and the booking system.
You agree and acknowledge that we may access your account, and the details you have provided through your account, including signing in through Facebook or Google, on the portal, at our discretion, and that you may store your payment details through your account.
You agree that once your account is set up, we may send you communication, whether electronic or otherwise, to the details provided on your account.
Any failure by you to comply with the terms of use of this website and/or the customer portal permits us to, in our discretion, cancel your account. Should you wish to cancel your account yourself, you may do so by sending an email to us at info@hd-aesthetic.co.uk and making a written request to cancel your account.
Add On Treatments:
Bookings must be made for each add-on treatment purchased, at the same time as the booking is made for each treatment being added to.
Clients can only purchase the same quantity of individual add-on treatments as the number of primary treatments purchased in the pre-pay series.
Payment must be made in full and at the time of purchase of the treatment being added to and the terms of our refund policy apply.
Only valid on laser hair removal treatments and is not valid on skin treatments, cosmetic injection treatments or institut products
The single treatment price of the add-on treatment must be equal or less in value than the treatment being added to.
Terms and conditions for cosmetic injections:
· A £20 deposit is required in advance for all cosmetic injection treatment bookings (redeemable against treatment cost).
· Cosmetic injection treatments cannot be pre-paid.
· Bookings must be made in advance.
· Cosmetic injection clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our injectors.
· Only the 30-minute consultation is complimentary - longer consultations will attract a fee in accordance with the cosmetic injections pricing schedule.
· The price per area treated will depend on the number of units required and the product used.
· For HDLips, the price is based on 1ml of dermal filler from a selection of three baseline lip filler products, as recommended for the client by the treating health professional.
· For legal reasons, the product names cannot be used in advertising. Please contact one of our injectors at our clinics for details.
· Products purchased in a package can only be used in one appointment.
· Packages cannot be split over appointments
Price Match
The HDAesthetic Price Match Policy
We will offer to match a competitor’s price for the same treatment provided it is using the same equipment and/or products and carried out by appropriately qualified staff.
The Price Match Policy only applies to competitors that operate in a 3 mile radius from the clinic seeking to price match.
The Price Match Policy applies to all skin services, cosmetic injectables and institute products in store. The Price Match Policy does not apply to prices offered by any competitors’ on institute products via an online shopping/retail website.
Clients must provide proof of the competitor’s advertised price which must be current when seeking to price match. HDUK may take further steps to confirm the validity of the price to be matched. Clients may only purchase the same number of treatments as advertised by the competitor using the Price Match Policy, and if no maximum number of treatments is listed the number of treatments able to be purchased is limited to 3 per client.
Clients must mention the Price Match Policy at the time of purchase and or at the time of paying for their treatment or product. The Price Match Policy will not be applied where the products and/or treatments have already been paid for or received.
The Price Match Policy does not apply to offers made by competitors from group buying, discount, or coupon websites. The Price Match Policy will only apply to cosmetic injection treatments if the treatment requested by the client is necessary, indicated, and recommended for the individual client by one of our medical practitioners following a full consultation and physical assessment.
Blue Light Card
· Receive 15% off on all full-price individual Injectables and Skin treatments when you show you your BLUE LIGHT CARD.
· Excludes payment plans, add-ons & discounted packages.
· Must show BLUE LIGHT CARD to redeem
Student Discount
· Receive 15% OFF all chemical peels & skin treatments single when you show your student card in the clinic.
· Valid on all full-price individual skin treatments.
· Excludes injectables, add-ons & discounted packages
· Not to be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
· Bookings must be made for each treatment purchased.
· Terms of our cancellation and refunds policy continue to apply.

The promotion can be redeemed as follows:

Before and After Campaign
HDA would like to collect and process:
photographic images; and (b) video recordings; and (c) audio recordings; and (d) written testimonials (“the Material”) from you for the purpose of creating educational and promotional material as well as for the medical records.
To the extent that this material contains information about your medical diagnosis and treatment, it would be regarded as sensitive data, which by law requires your explicit consent to allow us to process it.
If chosen to participate in this campaign you will be required to sign a legal consent form by which you will confirm that the person named in the release notice has agreed to the publication of the Material by HDA both now and in the future.
By signing the release you agree that HDA may use the material for promotional and informational purposes.
You grant HDA the right to use the material on its websites and in publications for use in its clinics and generally, which may include, but is not limited to media, posters, newsletters and newspapers, catalogues, video collages, etc.
You grant HDA the right to disclose the Material to third parties and media.
You understand HDA may, and has the right to, crop and/or collage the material with others and understand that the material may be transmitted over the internet.
You agree that by signing the form, you release and forever discharge HDA, its agents, officers and employees, from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the material, including but not limited to, any and all claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or financial compensation and you waive all moral rights that you may have in the material.
Prepaid Treatment
·If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals or treatment areas.
Pre-pays for skin treatments have a 12-month expiry date.
All pre-pays affected by Coronavirus will have an additional 6 months to redeem
48 hours notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.
You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.
Age Policy
· Our customers must be at least 18 years of age to have any invasive skin treatments.
For persons aged 13-17, the Parent/guardian must be present for consultation and first treatment and understand the procedure and aftercare. Not necessarily for future treatments unless they wish to be.
Signed Consent must be done in person (the Consultation form cannot be taken home by the child).
We advise that due to hormonal changes/puberty, we do not recommend under 12 years of age.
·For all Cosmetic Injectable treatments, clients must be aged 18+.
HDA may request a valid form of ID to identify the age of the prospective client.
Medical Conditions And Medications
Can treat when the client is on Antibiotics as long as they are not photosensitive
Photosensitive must wait 2 weeks after taken
Auto-immune- must-have Doctor consent. Psoriasis and eczema can treat around unless active, irritated or heat reactive.
Cancer - 2 years in remission with letter from Oncologist
Pregnancy
ONLY Microdermabrasion, derma plane, steamsextractiopm. and enzyme peels
Breastfeeding - , microdermabrasion, derma plan, LED, and enzyme only
Treatment Booking Deposit
A deposit for your Skin Treatment or injectables may be required in advance of your booking (redeemable against treatment cost). The deposit amount will depend on the type of treatment and or treatment area(s) booked.
Gift Cards
These conditions apply to use of the HDA Gift Card (gift card), issued by the clinic.
Purchasing or using the gift card means that you accept these conditions.
· HDA may, in its complete discretion, refuse to sell gifts cards to any person at any time for any reason.
If you let another person use your gift card, you must tell them that they will be bound by these conditions. The law of the state in which the gift card is purchased applies to this agreement. By entering into this agreement you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state where the gift card is purchased.
The gift card may only be used to purchase goods or services at the HDA clinic.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
Anyone holding the gift card can use its value to make purchases so your gift card should be kept secure. If your gift card is lost or stolen, immediately report this which it was purchased. We may be able to stop gift card value being used, but take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of a lost or stolen gift card.
We may replace a faulty, lost or stolen gift card in our absolute discretion. Any replacement gift card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date. Gift cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. We may subject gift cards to verification and security checks in our absolute discretion.
We may cancel any gift card, or the gift card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains the property of HDUK.
GIFT CARDS ARE VALID FOR ONE (1) YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.
· Gifts cards are valid for one year from the Date of Issue. After the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined. Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of HDUK.
· Skin Packages
· The savings specified for each package are calculated on the normal per treatment price and not pre-paid prices.
· Clients may purchase as many skin packages as they like, however payment must be made upfront in full and the terms of our refund policy apply.
· The full amount of the package is payable prior to commencement of any treatments.
· Bookings must be made for each treatment within the package.
· Appointments cancelled, missed or changed without 24 hours’ notice will be deemed to have been taken and deducted from the client’s package.
· Treatments included in each skin package cannot be exchanged for other treatments. However, the institut or products recommended in each skin package can be exchanged for another institut product of the same RRP value.
· An HDUK Therapist will advise clients on the recommended time frames for each treatment within the skin package purchased, however it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they book in their treatments in advance so that there are available appointments.
· All treatments within the skin package must be redeemed at the clinic the skin package was originally purchased.
· All skin packages have a 12 month expiry on redemption of treatments.
· Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
· Client’s must inform HDUK of their skin concerns prior to commencing all treatments, institute products and a consent form must be signed.
· Client’s need to follow all at home protocols recommended by the HDUK Therapist. This may include institute or skincare and dietary guidelines.
